The Ingram Arms Hotel provided a spacious room with a large, comfy bed. The staff, especially a lady behind the bar, went out of her way to help by finding a hairdryer for me. The heating in the room was not adequate upon arrival. It was freezing, taking hours to warm up despite requesting that the heating be turned on. The breakfast selection was disappointing as it didn't get restocked during our two-night stay. It consisted mostly of cereal boxes and a couple of croissants-definitely not enough. The noise from the pub below went on past midnight, affecting our sleep despite the provided earplugs. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in some areas like the bathroom needed attention, with some dirty fixtures. There were many positives, but significant improvements are needed in regards to heating and breakfast options.

Excellent little and fabulous place, I really enjoyed pleasant personnel.
The room was recently refurbished and reasonably large with nice beds as requested. Location: the hotel was close to airport and motorways to N, S, E and W, and all the amenities and attractions. I tried some drinks at bar Hatfields, located 15 minutes walk away...

Fun vibes in Donny 🎉
The staff were really friendly and even helped us with our bags. Room was spacious with comfy queen beds-definitely ideal for a good night's sleep. The free pool and snooker was a nice surprise, and we had a jol just hanging out!
Breakfast was just basic continental stuff, would've preferred a hot brekkie option.

Bed was super comfy! 😊 Location's great, close to shops, but the fridge had out-of-date milk. check-out via the fire escape is a bit dodgy for those with mobility issues.

I almost thought this place would be decent but was sadly mistaken. Everytime I asked for basic comforts, I was met with the same 'must have been stolen' excuse, such as the hairdryer. Then I was awakened by those obnoxious church bells, just lovely. Oh, and let's not forget the utter chaos downstairs, fantastic start to my day!

It was just a prime choice for a weekend rest with great value for the money. The small fridge in the corridor saved us from having to buy drinks. If you're a light sleeper, consider earplugs for the noise from downstairs.
